Effective date: 18 October 2026
"AlifAlif FM" is the official app of AlifAlif FM radio, operated by Alif Alif Radio Company Ltd. in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia ("we"). This policy explains how information is handled when you use the app.
Summary
- The app does not require an account or sign-in.
- We do not collect personal data that identifies you, and we do not sell or share any data for advertising.
- The app contains no ads, tracking or analytics tools.
Information we do not collect
The app does not access your contacts, photos, location, microphone or camera, and does not request any of these permissions.
Technical information
When you play the stream or load app content (schedule, presenter photos, episodes), your device connects to our servers and our hosting providers' servers. These servers may automatically log general technical information such as IP address, device type and request time, solely to deliver the service and protect it from abuse. We do not link this information to your identity, do not use it for tracking or advertising, and delete it periodically.
Storage on your device
The app stores a copy of the programme schedule on your device only, so it keeps working on weak connections. This copy contains no personal data and is removed when you delete the app.
Third-party services
- YouTube episodes: when you play a YouTube episode inside the app, the official YouTube player is shown and is subject to Google's Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
- Contact buttons: call, WhatsApp, email and social media buttons open the apps installed on your device directly and are subject to those apps' policies.
Children
The app is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal data from any user, including children under 13.
Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) to deliver app content and apply reasonable measures to protect our servers.
Your rights
Because we do not keep user accounts or personal data, there is no data linked to you to delete. You can delete the app at any time to remove everything it stored on your device. For any question or request about your data, contact us using the details below.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a new effective date.
